AI-ERP is priced as a project, not per user per month. After a free consulting call and a blueprint of your processes, you get a fixed, one-time quote with a clear scope and timeline.
How much does a custom AI-ERP cost?
The price of an AI-ERP is a one-time project fee set by the modules, integrations, data migration and number of locations your business needs. There are no per-user or monthly licence fees. Every project includes one year of free maintenance and one year of cloud charges, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.

What decides the cost of a custom ERP?
Six things account for almost all of the difference between one quote and another.
Modules and workflows
Each module adds screens, rules and reports. A first phase with sales, purchase, stores and production costs less than a full rollout with quality, costing, payroll and service.
How different your process is
Standard flows are quicker to build. Unusual units, approvals, costing methods or documents take more design and testing, and the quote reflects that.
Integrations
Tally, the e-invoice and e-way bill systems, WhatsApp, payment gateways, weighbridges, machines and customer portals each add work, depending on how open the other system is.
Data migration
Clean item, customer and supplier masters move quickly. Messy masters, several old systems or years of history need cleaning and checking, which is real work.
Users, plants and branches
There are no per-user fees, but more locations, roles and approval levels mean more setup, training and testing.
Where it runs
Your own server, a cloud account in your name, or hosted by us. The first year's cloud charges are included either way; the choice affects setup work and later running costs.

Core modules go live first so your team starts using them early; later phases follow the same quote.

Training, support, fixes and updates are included for twelve months after go-live, along with the first year's cloud charges.

Compared with SaaS
One-time price or monthly subscription: what changes?
A subscription ERP spreads its cost over time and charges for every user, so the bill grows with your team and never ends. A custom ERP costs more at the start, then costs only maintenance and hosting. Which works out cheaper depends on how many people will use it and for how long, and on how much of your process a packaged product would force you to change.

Pricing questions
Is AI-ERP a SaaS subscription?
No. AI-ERP is not SaaS. We build the ERP for your business and you own the deployment. You pay a one-time project price based on the scope we agree, with no per-user or monthly subscription fees.
How much does AI-ERP cost?
Pricing depends on the modules, users, integrations and data migration your business needs. After a free consulting call we share a fixed, one-time quote. Every project includes one year of free maintenance and one year of cloud charges.
Where is my data stored?
On your own server. We deploy AI-ERP on infrastructure you own or choose, so your business data stays private and under your control. If you prefer, we host it for you, and the first year's cloud charges are on us.
What happens after the first year?
You keep using your ERP. You can continue with an annual maintenance plan from us, or manage it in-house, since it runs on your server. Hosting can stay with us or move to your own infrastructure.
Why don't you publish a price list?
Because every AI-ERP is built for one business, two quotes can differ several times over depending on modules, integrations and migration. A price list would either overcharge small projects or hide the real cost of large ones. A fixed quote after the blueprint is the honest number.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. Most of the value is in getting a first phase into daily use. New modules are quoted when you need them and build on the same data, roles and AI copilot.
