Every ERP module we build
Pick the modules your business needs today and add the rest later. Each one shares the same data, the same roles and the same AI copilot.
What is an ERP module?
An ERP module is the part of the system that runs one area of the business, such as purchase, stock or production, on the same database as every other module. AI-ERP has 24 modules in six groups; most businesses start with four to six and add more once the first ones are in daily use.
5 modules
AI layer
The copilot, document reading, written reports, voice and forecasting.
AI copilot
The AI copilot is an assistant built into AI-ERP that answers questions about your business from live ERP data and drafts actions such as purchase requests, quotations and invoices.
Document AI
Document AI is the part of AI-ERP that reads business documents such as customer purchase orders and supplier quotations, extracts the items, quantities, prices and terms, and prepares the matching ERP entry.
AI reports
AI reports are management briefings and analysis that AI-ERP writes from live ERP data: a short narrative of what changed, what needs attention and why, with tables and charts underneath.
Voice assistant
The voice assistant lets people use AI-ERP by speaking: ask a question or dictate an entry, and hear or read the answer.
AI forecasting
AI forecasting in AI-ERP predicts problems before they happen: which materials will run short, which orders are likely to miss their promised date and how demand is moving.
4 modules
Sales and customers
From enquiry to delivery and after-sales service.
CRM
The CRM module in AI-ERP tracks every lead and enquiry from first contact to order, schedules follow-ups and keeps a single history of each customer.
Sales orders and quotations
The sales orders and quotations module in AI-ERP prepares quotations from price lists and costing, converts accepted quotations into sales orders, checks credit before booking, and tracks each order line through production, dispatch and invoicing.
Dispatch and logistics
The dispatch and logistics module in AI-ERP plans what ships each day against promised dates, guides packing, prints the invoice, packing list and labels, generates e-way bills, and tracks each consignment to proof of delivery.
Service and warranty
The service and warranty module in AI-ERP records customer complaints and service requests, checks warranty against the original sale, assigns engineers, tracks spare parts and annual maintenance contracts, and sends every failure back to quality as data.
4 modules
Supply chain
Buying, stock, traceability and work sent outside.
Procurement
The procurement module in AI-ERP runs buying from the first purchase request to the supplier's bill: requests from stores or planning, approvals by value, requests for quotation, purchase orders, follow-up of due dates, goods receipt and three-way matching.
Inventory and warehouse
The inventory and warehouse module in AI-ERP keeps stock by item, location, bin, batch and status, records every receipt, issue and transfer, and values stock using the method your accounts follow.
Barcode and batch tracking
Barcode and batch tracking in AI-ERP gives every lot, batch or serial number an identity from the moment it is received or produced, and records each movement by scanning a barcode or QR code.
Job work and subcontracting
The job work and subcontracting module in AI-ERP records material sent to outside processors on job work challans, tracks what each job worker holds, receives the processed goods back against those challans, and reconciles quantities, process loss and charges.
5 modules
Manufacturing
Planning, BOMs, the shop floor, quality and testing.
Production planning
Production planning in AI-ERP turns sales orders and forecasts into a production plan, runs material requirements planning (MRP) to work out what to buy and make, and loads work centres against their real capacity.
BOM and routing
The BOM and routing module in AI-ERP holds what each product is made of and how it is made: multi-level bills of materials with quantities and scrap allowances, and routings that list operations, work centres, times and inspection steps.
Shop floor
The shop floor module in AI-ERP releases work orders to the floor, records what actually happens on job cards (quantities produced, rejected and reworked, time taken and downtime) and shows a live board of every order and machine.
Quality management
The quality management module in AI-ERP runs inspections at receipt, during production and before dispatch, records non-conformances (NCRs), and drives corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Testing and certificates
The testing and certificates module in AI-ERP schedules the tests each product or batch must pass, records results against the specification, and issues test certificates tied to the batch or serial number.
4 modules
Finance and people
Accounts, GST, costing and payroll.
Accounting and finance
The accounting and finance module in AI-ERP keeps the general ledger, receivables, payables, bank and cash, and produces trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet.
GST and e-invoicing
The GST and e-invoicing module in AI-ERP applies the right GST treatment to every sale and purchase, generates e-invoices with the IRN and QR code from the official system, creates e-way bills, and prepares the data your GST returns need.
Costing
The costing module in AI-ERP calculates what each product, batch and order actually cost to make, from material issued, labour and machine time, job work charges and overheads, and compares it with the standard or estimated cost.
HR and payroll
The HR and payroll module in AI-ERP keeps employee records, imports attendance from biometric devices, manages shifts, leave and overtime, and runs monthly payroll with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS.
2 modules
Platform
Access control and connections to the tools you already use.
Roles and permissions
Roles and permissions in AI-ERP decide what each person can see and do: which modules, which branches or customers, which fields such as cost or salary, and which actions such as approving a PO or confirming an AI draft.
Integrations
Integrations connect AI-ERP to the systems your business already uses: Tally for accounts, the government e-invoice and e-way bill systems, WhatsApp and email, payment gateways and banks, weighbridges, biometric devices, label printers and machines.
