Who is behind AI-ERP?
AI-ERP is a custom ERP product built and supported by the AI-ERP team at Drema.in. We design each ERP around one business, add an AI copilot that works across every module, deploy it on the client's own server and maintain it for the first year at no charge.
Why we build this way
Why build a custom ERP at all?
Most small and mid-sized Indian businesses we speak to have tried an off-the-shelf product at some point. The pattern is familiar: the software assumes a process that is not quite theirs, so a few people keep working in Excel alongside it, and after a year the ERP holds half the truth. Per-user fees then make it expensive to give the shop floor or the sales team access.
AI-ERP takes the opposite route. We build the screens, fields, approvals, documents and reports around how your team already works, on a shared platform of 24 modules so you are not paying for everything to be invented from scratch. The AI copilot sits on top, so the owner, the planner and the store keeper can ask the system questions in plain language instead of waiting for a report.
We publish what we would build for 64 industries, from foundries and spinning mills to pharma distributors and hospitals, so you can judge whether we understand your trade before you speak to us.

Listen before we build
Every project starts with how your business actually runs: the registers, the WhatsApp groups, the Excel sheets and the people who keep them. The ERP follows that, not the other way round.
Phases, not a big bang
We put a first set of modules into daily use early, then add the rest. A system people use every day is worth more than a complete one nobody trusts.
Your server, your data
AI-ERP runs on infrastructure you own or choose. Your data never sits in a shared multi-tenant database, and the AI runs through a cloud account under your control.
AI that asks before it acts
The copilot answers questions and drafts entries, but a person confirms every action. It also follows the same role permissions as every screen.
Straight answers
If Tally plus a few reports, or a packaged ERP, would serve you better, we will tell you. Our comparison pages say where other products fit well.
Support after go-live
The first year of maintenance and cloud charges is included. After that you choose: continue with us on an annual plan, or run it yourself.

What can you see before deciding?
We are a young product and we would rather show than claim. There are no logos or testimonials on this site because we will not publish any that are not real.
The reference build is a complete ERP for a valve manufacturer: enquiries, engineering, purchase, stores, production, quality, testing, dispatch, finance, service and the AI copilot. You can use it yourself in the live demo, ask the copilot why an order is late, and watch it draft a purchase request.
On a consulting call we will walk you through the parts that matter for your business, and show how they would change for your products, units and documents.
Where are we, and how do we meet?
We are based in India and work with businesses across the country. Most of the design work happens on video calls and screen shares; we visit the plant or office when seeing the process in person will change what we build, and agree those visits with you in the quote.
